    Hi guys

We're Looking to re tile the kitchen and instead of scraping off the existing grout and cement from the underfloor layer(tiles actually came up quite easily) we were just hoping to replace it if it's not too expensive. Does anyone know where we would get this or what it's called? This is the kind of thin black/dark rubber looking layer that's on top of the concrete in the kitchen & sitting room. Flooring like tiles/wood were put on top of this, it might actually be soundproofing ..

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Didn't see it it Woodies ... Thanks! :)
