Tues-Fri. Bits and pieces of work to do during the day. Will be travelling alone and not big into art/museums. Any recommendations of the best stuff to see?

Tokyo Tower in Roppongi or Government Buildings in Ginza at night for excelent cityscape views.
Shibuya crossing. Day for the amount of people. Night for the neon overload. (Get a great shot in Starbucks but be discreet with the camera as yer technically not allowed to take pics).
    Akihabara for the tech.
    Kiddyland near harajuku for toys/gadgets.

Unfortunately ya won't get a chance to see harajuku girls/Teds in yoyogi park as they come out normally at weekend (Sunday mostly)

    Will think about others.

Tsukiji Fish Market is awesome ... early in the morning followed by some fresh Sushi.

Also recommend taking JR to Ueno, take a wander around the park, very nice when the Cherry Blossoms are out, and then follow the rail line ... underneath it is a warren of shops and food and crazy ass stuff.

Go up Tokyo City Hall at night to look at the near Blade Runner-esque expanse of the city.

Seonsoji Temple is worth a visit as is a quick visit to the Asahi Bar at the Golden Turd (you'll see what I mean) building.

Much more, that's off the top of me head, I love Tokyo you cant possibly run out of stuff to do!
