Spanish-speaking country?

I'm in Trinity and planning on doing a year abroad in 3rd year.

I'm doing TSM Music and Psychology, and want to go to a Spanish-speaking country for a year off.

It says on the site for Psychology that Trinity has links with 2 French colleges and a German one, but that it is possible to do an exchange in another college that Trinity has links to, if you match stuff up or something.

Trinity is linked to some Spanish colleges and a Venezuelan one, is it realistic that I could attend one of them? Or does this not usually work out in practice?
