iPod Touch vs. MP3

    Suggestions please on which of these is the best - iPod Touch or MP3?

    Its a present for my husband and I haven't a clue about either apart from some recent enquires which was mainly focused on the iPod.

    What are the better MP3s on the market? Is it possible to convert songs from itune to MP3 format?

    Depends on what you are lookin for? The ipod touch has a ton of applications and is more of a jack of all trades player and may be exactly what your husband wants?

    If he just wants a music player with better sound, better battery life, better screen maybe? , you could go for the cowon s9

    iTunes songs are in AAC format which is superior to MP3 so there would be no point converting them if they were to be played on an iPod Touch.

    I think the Touch would be the one to get.
