    New Membership fee

The joining fee for new members has been waived for the period from 1st September 2010 to 1st March 2011. As there are a limited number of places available the closing date of the offer is subject to change.

During the above period new members may join on full payment of the membership fee of €1100 (men) or €1106 ladies.

New members could receive up to six months golf free (depending on date of joining).

New members availing of this offer will not be required to pay their next annual renewal until January 2012.

Membership will be granted strictly on a first come first served basis.

For more information, contact the office on 01-6287592 / info@kilcockgolfclub.ie

What is the annual sub and when does it need to be paid for?

    Hi

    Trying to remember...

The annual sub is 1100 and is to be paid March.

But I think with this offer the 1100 you pay now covers you for the remainder of this year and next year with nothing to pay until 2012.

The office folk can shed more light on it.

How is the course looking now? Is it still playing as a 9 hole course or have the other holes been opened up?

    Hi

A huge amount of work done over the last two years.

Re design of the course, new lakes, bunkers, drainage and 18 NEW USGA Greens have gone in.

Its a great course and to get 18Months golf for 1100 and no entrance fee and only subs to pay from 2012...its a great deal

I thought they would have changed the layout of the course.

Some amount of money spent and it was years since I played it but it was still very up and down.

    course is in great nick

    I agree with Trampas.
No change in layout - a bit boring and no signature hole(s).
However, full marks to them for spending on new T boxes and greens.
The greens will probably need another full year to come up to speed.

The par 5 13th and the 14th is a tough Par 3 over the Water

I think the 15th is a great signature hole
