Yes indeed I have. Order placed in July, still not received anything. Have started procedures with credit card company to get my money back. I was emailing/ringing them. I got one answer apologising and telling me my item would be dispatched the next day. A month later still nothing and no more correspondance. These guys also are sponsors for FEI - so more people must be in our situation.
