Wireless alarm with a bit of extras

Can any of the experts in here suggest if a system that meets the below requirements exist and is available from installers in Ireland?

    - Wireless (12 sensors tops), because I don't want to rip the house apart to have new cables pulled in and the old (and unused) ones are there since hell-knows-when.

    - Ability to connect to a standard Ethernet network for command/control, monitoring and house automation - the idea is to control stuff like heating, lights etc. via the alarm circuitry rather than going all DIY on it.

    - PSTN and GSM dialers, for redundancy. Or maybe not? How common are GSM jammers these days?

    - Ideally the ability to trigger a PVR when the alarm is set off (to record an external camera feed).

Let's assume that cost doesn't matter for now. Just checking my options.
Thanks in advance for any pointers!

SigNET 220ip will do all that for you. There has been cases of GSM jammers used in domestic robberies, but not on a large scale.
