I see camper vans parked in the grounds of the lord bagnal hotel , so possibly there?

Bagenal wouldnt have a problem with you parking up for the night, assuming you purchase one of their fine steaks! Same could be said for the Garrison and there are plenty of places along the street you could park up for the night.
