HI I was out of contact with Three and I changed to flex 350 with no contract.

They gave me a 20% discount so it is €32 per month.

If I tried to get an iPhone 4 would I lose the discount.

Anyone here in this situation before they got the iPhone.

iirc you have to sign up to an 18 month contract on a specific iPhone plan so I would think you would lose the plan your currently on tbh.

Your bet bet would be to try het a factory unlocked version and stay on your som only plan if you really want to be on it.

Would the iPhone plan be much more?

Cheshire plan that i can see is 40e per month with 350 flex units and 2 gb data.

So it is the same plan. It is there 350 Flex smartphone plan.

as above, it doesnt matter what plan your currently on, to get the iPhone you have to sign an 18 month contract and sign up to an iPhone specific plan.

now talk to them over the phone, not in the shops, ring customer care and talk to the new business dept (if one exists), and they might do something for you ie. free 2 months rental or a slightly reduced purchase price on the phone itself.

According to the upgrade Dept in Waterford, when I signed up to iPhone, I am still to get my 25% discount that I signed up to day 1. This is to be given for months 2-7 as stipulated when I signed up. Some fun and games to commence this month, I bet:D

Good advice ringing them. The shop
Could do nothing for me. It was over the phone I got the discount.

    Thanks for all the advice.
