I am looking for a steam cleaner which will REALLY clean carpets, tiles, upholstery etc. I have looked online for reviews etc but it just gets so confusing. Has anyone any advice as to which is the best make to buy.

    Thanks

The only ones worth buying would be the likes of Polti or Saeco , these are semi- professional and expensive, I've had one of those aldi hand held cleaners and tbh they are useless,
don't believe the info-mercials they show these things blasting burnt on grease out of an oven, I tried it and it does shift it but it would take hours and hours to do properely, avoid the cheap ones!
    Hope this helps

Thanks for the advice Socom - I was looking at the Polti range but will also check out Saeco also.
