    Attitude much?

I'm sure the OP just forgot to post the store location. Simply asking where the store was is all you needed to do Davey boy.

Not all JJs have sales on at the same time unfortunately, I believe they are a franchise so sales aren't nationwide.

Well in any case it seemed to have just started as they still had loads of stock and some of it wasn't even fully layed out yet. Again this is the JJ in arklow shopping center.

Just a note about "Sales". As can be seen from above statement they were just getting sale stock ready to go on display. This is most likely lower quality products bought in for sales as many shops do, there are probably very few bargains on existing stock or much of it may be removed from the floor for the duration of the sale unless it is an unpopular line.

Fair enough, I have been accused of being overly cynical before!:D

No prob. For instance their trademark JJ tees (the ones that JJ across the front) were a fiver.

Was over in liffey valley earlier, stook my head in to J&J, unfortunately there's no sale on in there.

Strange they don't coordinate there sales amongst each franchise.

    Ah well, thanks anyway op

I bought one of them in red 2 years ago and it would pass as nearly new still, great quality.

Anyone been into the new JJ shared unit in the Whitewater S.C Newbridge yet?

In fairness if its made in China or Malaysia or wherever and bought by the Shops for a tenner then €20 is still a 100% markup.

    - Only real issue is the 'normal' retail price for this stuff......

I think it's just the reductions as opposed to a marketed sale

Under a franchise, it still acts as its own store. The stores order different stock, and shift it differently from others

The whole point of reductions is to shift excess stock, so thats why the reductions wouldnt be matched nationwide

Most of the time the tshirts are all XXL

Retail outlets almost always buy their stuff at 30% of the retail price so you know
