I've a Samsung Wave with a cracked digitiser. LCD itself is fine. Phonemenders wanted 100 to fix it, anyone any other recommendations. Part itself I don't think is that much, but usually comes with the LCD as well.

Anyway, anyone any recommendations for repair shops in Limerick? I see there are quite a few that double as internet cafe's etc, but would like to hear from anyone with a recommendation.

    Thanks

    Mark

MarkR do me a favour if you want your phone fixed right go to fonemenders , all these back street places will only fcuk it up , take my advice from personal experience , as for the guy above ryans menwear that might take about 4 months to get back... Id rather pay the 100 and know it has been fixed right

Dude, buy the part on ebay and fix it yourself.
100 Euro is the 1/3th value of the phone ffs...

Yes, the part itself is cheap enough. Have you seen how fiddly it is to open it up and repair it? One video had a person heating their phone to 70 degrees for twenty minutes to soften up the plastics!

I dropped it in today, thanks for the help.
