Few questions:

- Why can people with HTC Desire on Meteor get Froyo and not those on o2?
- Anybody know when Froyo will be released for Droid o2 phones, HTC Desire particularly?
- I saw a thread here before which told how o2 changed their contract with the iPhone allowing people to get out of their contracts. How can I be notified of when this happens again for HTC Desire? :P

The carriers are the ones who send out the update to your phone - unless you root.

no one knows - whenever they bother or feel like it.

you should be notified when it is applicable to you - I dunno tbh.
