windows 7 install drivers issue

trying to instal windows 7 86 on a freinds laptop. i downloaded an iso and have a genuine key from msdnaa but before the actual installation starts it says there are no drivers for the cd/dvd drive.. the drivers for the laptop are all here -…

any advice?

You've burned the ISO on to a DVD and are going to start installing Windows 7 onto your friend's laptop. Step by step, what do you do and see then?

burned another copy and it worked without any issues, thanks anyway

That's good. I was a bit confused as to how an OS being installed from a DVD could complain that it couldn't find drivers for the DVD drive.
