    I know it's a boring product , but this is a fantastic deal.

    Tesco have the 50 wash pack( 4.25 kg). @ €9.50 which is even a great price compared to the UK price (Sainsburys £ 10.96. Tesco Uk £12)
    So getting 5.95 kg for €4.29 is less than a third based on the price of the 50 wash pack.
    I cleared the shelf!!:)

    I find best bargain is to put in half the powder recommended... clothes still come out plenty clean and I get yonks out of the box:D

    I got some in Arklow. It is on the tesco website at €4.29, so I would expect it to be the same in all Tesco stores

    As far as I know , when you log on to Tesco.ie it only shows you items available at the store where your home delivery would originate.
    When I log on I can see:

    Persil Powder Non Biological 70 Wash 5.95Kg
    HALF PRICE Was ...
    valid until 22/9/2010€4.29 (€0.72/kg)

    Was in Douglas again today and noticed they have moved the washing powder and the Persil Non-Bio Mega Pack 70 is missing. When I asked a member of staff they denied it ever existed.
    It is still on the Tesco.ie website at €4.29 though. Just search for "Percil 70". According to the site the price is valid until 16Sep10.
