    Just a question ?

    Can you get into colleges without french (or any language) ?

    universities i mean ?

    i heard they might be changing it but..........didn't hear much about it ?

    Trinity counts Irish as a second language, so you don't need a modern European one.

    DCU or UL dont require a third language either AFAIK. Plus I think if you want to do engineering, some of the NUIs dont require a language now either

    I know you can get in to some engineering courses in uCD without a language, but for the most part I think you need one.

    o i see .. somehow I don't think ill be heading to trinity though ;) !!

    Whats the point of the other language anyway ?

    It's different for every course. For most of the science-based courses you wont need it.
