I bought apple i pod earphones for my daughter of *********s .ie last week, i thought they would be real apple earphones like the site says but they turned out to be cheap unbranded earphones that broke after 2 days, you would find better in the euro 2 shop. Are they allowed called them apple earphones when they are not? I wasted €15

You need to check if the item was sold as described .

Was the item advertised as an original brand name .

If the item was sold as described , you have little chance of money back , - whereas if item was marketed as an original product ,, you can file a dispute.
