Problem with Sony BDP-S350 Blu ray

    Hi Guys,
    Did anyone ever have a network problem when trying to connect this type of player to BD live?. The latest software is installed but it cannot aquire an IP address associated to my network or it says that it cannot communicate properly with the dhcp server. I reset factory settings on the sony and my router but still no joy. Any help is much appreciated before ~~I throw it out the window!!
