mpeg4 box?

    alri ,
    here were im at ,
    iv got freesat in me room and finaly decided to ad a cable from the roof ariel to my room it pics up itv,rte tv3 tg4 , ald pics up digital signals but only audio as tv only has freeview built in , if i buy a mpeg4 box should it work ok ?
    if so any one no where i can get basicly a cheap but cheerful one ?
