    Gladiators, Princess Peach, Lara Croft, Liam/Noel Gallagher (just draw on a unibrow..), The Spice Girls ect

    Or just go in 90s fashion, like windpants and baggy jeans. And light up shoes ofc.

    Shellsuit. 'Dummy' necklace. Carpet/ Blanket jacket. Jeans tapered in at bottom. Or raver look- baggy jeans, whistle, baggy t- shirt.

    Also remember to get loads of the old 90s sweets for the party. Double dips, wham bars etc...

    The Father Ted idea is brilliant - it would be fairly easy to do if you just got the sparkly blue jacket.
