They were I believe commonplace in the 70's houses built of mass concrete or some kind of concrete panels. I was just wondering if anyone can shed any light on getting mortgages in relation to profab houses? I know lending conditions are even more strict these days and was just wondering if anyone has ever gotten a mortgage approved on one of these buildings, or could offer any advice on the process.
