For basic everyday use its fine, internet, word processing etc....

Anything more such as medium to heavy gaming will prove a challenge.

It's a decent laptop for the price. the i3 will certainly make processing, opening applications snappier, and the Intel HD graphics would allow 720p and 1080p viewing on Youtube a piece of cake. 3GB RAM on 64bit should be sufficient enough for everything that Jaafa mentioned.

Really appreciate the help guys thanks again. Yeah the main reason why i'm asking about it is because i've heard that the quality control of dell laptops isn't as good as it was when they were based in Ireland, and that people have been encountering problems in recent years. Is there anybody here who has purchased a dell in the last year or so?
