Hey, so I had an idea for an event that I'd like to help organise. I can't actually offer to do any talks or anything as I've no experience (yet, just lots of interest) in the area.

Basically an evening of short talks, from people who are Open Source Software contributors. I'd be particularly interested in getting people from as many projects as possible, who are willing to go through and talk about their project, community structure and contribution processes.

If we get a diverse enough coverage we could even have a kind of panel discussion at the end, where we could (politely and respectfully) discuss the pros and cons of different approaches.

Any interest? Anyone willing to step to the front of the room and give a short talk (~20mins, or whatever time you need)?
