Ebay - Buyer still not paid?

Have an item on ebay. Item ended monday morning, its now friday and still have not recieved payment. Buyer only has two previous tranactions. Where do I stand with regards selling this to somebody else?

You can cancel his bid, report him for not paying and then try offering it to the next highest bidder via a 2nd chance offer.

report him as a non payer and then he has a few days to pay

if he doesnt pay up give him a strike

if he does this a couplle more times hel be suspended for spoiling auctions

if sellers had bigger balls the buyers couldnt get away with doing this
