at the moment once a week I do an 11K run that includes an incline at the midway point (Fosters Ave up to Deer park near UCD). Over the winter I want to include runs with more inclines, one place that springs to mind is Killiney head. Any others? ideally I'd like to cycle , safely lock the bike and go for a 40-60min run and cycle home. a mix of mid week ones on pavement and on or off road for the would be be great.

The one your doing a good one the(especially if you continue past deer park keep going up that hill) Hell Fire club a good one as god climb then hits undulating hill loop and then you can come back down its trails to so off the tough rouads to save your feet a bit

thanks, must try going past the park, I normally turn around at that point. I'll check out the Hell Fire.
