Help!! Holiday suggestion. First two weeks in October

I have booked the first two weeks off in October and was hoping for some suggestions for a sun holiday a couple and a three year old. We want two rooms so that we don't have to go to sleep at the same time as the three year old. We don't mind sleeping on a sofa bed. Out budget is €1400.
