How do i cease to be considered for Self Assessment?

Hi all Looking for some quick advice. Our financial situation changed in 2009 so that i believe we should no longer be considered for self assessment - we should be considered for PAYE only. Question - whats the best way of informing Revenue of this? Do i write them a letter? Thanks

Its called Form TRCN1. www.revenue.ie/en/tax/it/forms/trcn1.pdf

But if you were self employed during 2009 you will need to file a return for 2009.
