    Pretty appalling misuse of psychometrics. Also a bit surprised to see a psychiatrist giving a determination of iq when psychiatrists are not trained to administer or interpret iq tests.

    Have these people never heard of confidence intervals?:mad:

    Another example of IQ test results being used where they have no business or even validity. I'm almost finished reading a very good book about the psychology or rationality and a large part of the book concerns the overgeneralisation of IQ. In a rush, I'll post some more soon if anyone wants to question me!
