    just wondering will low fat natural yogurt be ok as a substiute for cream in a chicken dish ?

    Fot me it almost always splits and looks horrible. The only way to avoid it (i think) is just to add it gradually and slowly into not to hot rest of the dish.

    i am making a chicken and brocoli dish. with mushroom condensed soup curry powder mayo and i hoped nat yogurt topped with breadcrumbs and into the oven

    Yeah, should be fine. I try to get fat free fromage frais instead. It's less sour.

    I make that chicken brocolli dish as well and it works fine without any yogurt or cream.....
