diy joggler?

    i can't afford to buy a joggler for the body work so i was wondering does anyone have any suggestions how to make the edge for welding?

    I remember making one years ago - copied from pictures in the magazines. It was crude but worked - no idea where it is now.

    Why don't you look at converting something like a big channel lock pliers or something similar with long handles.

    To be honest though repairing panels with a an adge pressed into them is somehting I don't like to see now. It's a rust trap for the future. Much better in my opinion to try and butt weld the edges together.

    You mean a hand operated joggler? I think it's worth finding around 40 Euro for one.
    If you consider your time is worth something, then it's no competition between joggler vs messing about with a hammer and vice.
