I started in maynooth last year after leaving a different college the year before and so I have to pay college fees for first year. Does anyone who has gone through this aswell remember when they had to pay them?!

    How it works:

    1) unless you get the grant, you have to pay the registration fee (1500)

    2) you get every year of your undergrad free ONCE. So however many years you did of an undergrad you've done here or elsewhere you have to pay fees for if you begin a second undergrad. The same applies to receiving the grant.

So: I've done done a year already, here or elsewhere, you've to pay full fees for that year again. And you're not eligible for the grant that year either. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply. I still want to know exactly when I have to pay the fees off though, I expected to hear something about them by now. It might come up when I re-register for second year but I don't know.
