Good investments on ISEQ?

    Hi all.

On Tuesday, my TY business teacher is giving us €500 (imaginary) to invest in ISEQ stocks, and they will be "cashed in" in May. I'm just wondering, what companies are almost guaranteed to rise in value? And if possible, what would be a 100% safe investment.
Last year's winner only got to €650, and I'm hoping to surpass that.
And there's the possibility of a cash prize :P

    Thanks in advance,
    giggsy

Last years winner had a 30% gain in 9 months... I'd say that was pretty good going in the middle of a huge recession.

Do your homework and let us know how you get on

I'd do something like that. Pick one of the tiny shares that'll have huge swings. If it does well, you win massively, if you lose no-one remembers.
