    Hi

I am buying a new car at the moment and trying to sell my old car privately but my insurer is telling me that I can only have one car per policy at anyone time? Is this correct?
So when I get my new car the insurance on my old car automatically runs out?
I am very confused by this....

[QUOTE=Captain Morgan;67919778... and they'll send you out a new insurance disk.[/QUOTE]Make sure you take the old disc off the car you are selling. Your insurer / broker will expect to get it and the old certificate back in the post. Some may levy a charge for changing cars.

Must be a new thing with them. Usually you have to send it back to them when changing or cancelling a policy.
