Any app that gives a full list of tv programmes along with times etc? Would be handy if one incorporated both irish and english stations in one app.

    sky+ app

you dont have to have sky service to use app, but if you do, you can set it to record while you are on the go !
set location to ROI and it includes the irish channels,

    TVGuide.co.uk app is here

I find it quite good, and it has the Irish channels (RTE, TV3, TG4, 3e).

+1 for TV Guide (tvguide.co.uk). It's a genius application, has all the channels for Irish TV, cable and the UK sattelite channels and SKY+ integration so you can set the program to record from the app.

I don't have a link to it in the App store, but the icon will look like this one:

Cheers for the above info guys. Just wondering, how do I find out the details from our sky box about username and password in order to set up the app so that I can record stuff?

+1. Facebook, Twitter and calendar integration plus simple direct reminders. Love it.

You register on the sky website first
Had a look there looks decent, couldn't find or set to see Irish channels, no search for a program either ! Sky+ has that option, can't series link yet tho from phone

You set your region, then add or eliminate channels.

Don't see republic of Ireland as a region, as for removing channels, sounds like work, I'll stick to sky + app :-)

There's an app called "TV Forecast" which you select the shows you want to watch & it reminds you when they're on.

I use the Sky+ app when I want to setup recordings remotely. Register on Sky.com using your Sky account details and then enter your username and password on the app for it to work.

I also use the TVGuide app for other channels not on my Sky+ listings such as the ITVs.
