Anybody know how to contact ACER???

    So I bought a laptop off Acer and received it 3 days ago, for some reason I have had loads of problems downloading things. Tried everything with no luck.

    So then I tried looking for an email address to contact Acer support. Again, no luck as there is a fatal error when I get to the email page in contact us section.

    So I need to contact them via email, anybody got any idea?

    what kind of download problems are you experiencing? When you speak to acer, they are going to tell you to try a factory restore, to rule out a software issue. On boot, is there an option for recovery, or did it come with a dvd image?

    its so hard to contact acer. i wanted to contact them before and after a few hours search i found a form to fill out.

    why cant they just provide a stupid email
