I am starting a free to sell webpage.

There is no cost to the service. Profits to be made by donation, through paypal. I hope to regulate all posts to stop spam/inappropriate posts.

That is the basics of my idea, I hope to trial it for a month or so.

Are you talking about a website where people can post their ads for free?

One thing you will probably need is a privacy policy, Google gives advice on how to write one here.
