The post about the Revenue office got me thinking that a map + public-transport-info about the city's government offices with public counters could be handy.

Just wondering what ones there are, besides:

    Revenue
    Welfare
    City Council
    County Council
    FAS - Cathedral House
    Citizens' Information
    Library,
    Museum
Garda (Mill St, Oranmore, Salthill, Immigration in Liosbán)

Shhhhh! If it's the building I'm thinking of, it might actually improve our chances if it was a "first strike" target, less form filling when the enemy attack in force! (think of every good war movie you've ever seen and realise it's the officers who are allways the dic|<heads, it can't be that far from the truth!)

Can you give me any clues about which building they're in?

Are the public likely to be going to the Dept of Defence?

Or the CAO - I thought all interaction with them was via mail/internet?
