Such a thing as a FREE postgraduate course

    Hi,

    I want to know if theres such a thing as a free postgradaute course?

    I already have an undergraduate degree and am working at the moment. I'm a bit bored and want to learn more but I can never seem to get the cash together to pay for a course. Also I'm thinking if I don't learn anything new I'll be stuck in the same type of job forever..... which is bad because I'm not really that into it anymore. Ideally I'd like to do a full time course but again find it hard to get together enough cash to live off of for a year.

    Is there any way to get for qualification in the same or different disciplines for "free"?

    Tuition fees are only "free" in relation to undergrad courses

    However you can get the tuition fees paid by a maintenance grant - see www.studentfinance.ie for all the details

    You can also get a 20% tax refund on tuition fees on part time courses

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
