    Is anyone else having problems with the latest handcent update??

    Im using it on froydvillian1.5 on the hero and last day or so ive noticed that messages are coming in before phone actually vibrates meaning you see message as a notification but not yet in the inbox. Also if u try and delete a big amount of messages handcent will force close.

    I actually noticed myself that over the weekend Handcent hasn't been 100%. Not getting notifications of messages etc.

    Its really annoying me i wonder is there anyway maybe down grading to a lower version cause i cant even delete messages at this stage.

    Assuming you haven't deleted the stock messaging app you should still be able to use that to delete messages. It's obviously just a temporary work around but if you're desperate it should work.

    Whats bothering me recently is when I get a message, in the pop up window instead of the message being displayed instantly I'm shown a "View Message" box or something, it only lasts for a second or so, then the message loads. Now it isnt a huge thing, but never used to happen

    They need to fix this update as its screwing with the whole order of messages in each thread.

    For example if someone messages you a pop up will appear before the phone vibrates a good 30 40 odd seconds before actually tells you about new message.
    If you reply in the pop up before the phone tells you of the new message you will have that sent message in order before the message u actually replyed to!!

    Having a major problem with it too. It keeps sending the messages while I'm in the middle of typing them (I'm not hitting send by accident) also while typing the screen goes back to my home screen for about 2 seconds then back to the message screen. It's a great little app but these problems are making it unusable for me.

    i have a desire and i'm using handcent, i tap compose to reply and i get into the keyboard, do i have to go back the the other window to send or is there a send button i'm not seeing on the keyboard?

    i know ther's return and shift on the bottom right, but is there a send one?
