Selling Shares - Once Off

    Hi,

    I was just wondering of the cheapest way for a once off sale of shares.
    My dad has a number of shares held in certificate form for Vodafone which he wants to sell and he was wondering of the cheapest way to sell these. Does he need to set up an acount with someone to sell them?
    I have a Share account with AIB can I sell them for him through my account?
    i hear you can sell them over the counter with AIB as well, is this expensive though?
