TRIAX SR110 Firmware Upgrade

    Hi,

    I see that there is a firmware upgrade for the Triax SR110 FTA receiver. Does anyone know what this is about or is there any need for doing it.

    Does it mean any advantage for user etc.

    Firmware upgrades usually fix, software problems and adds a list of newly added transponders of a satellite to the box after production.

    You can get the software required on Triax's site...and also can create and save your channel list to a pc which you can use to flash another box to save you tuning in the second one.

    Not 2 sure what or if the update is actually needed, unfortunetly Triax make some fine products and solutions to The tv industry but when it comes to information and free support they fall flat on there face...
