Banking 365 on iPhone

I tried to log into Banking 365 on my 3GS but it doesn't seem to let me enter the pin numbers. I can enter my user ID but when I go to the pin number box, the number pad/key pad doesn't appear.

I'm selecting the Safari option on the main page to login through.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I just tried there, I had to click on each box (sometimes twice) for the keypad to appear. Other than that it was fine.

Clear cahce of your browser and cookies, It's working fine for me.

Press once on the pin box and then press again when the browser centers the screen.

Think there is an AIB one, so it can be done.

I contacted BOI last year about sorting out either an app or iPhone formatted version but was fobbed off with a generic we're looking into it etc. answer.

No luck so far. Just tried on my iPod touch the when I get to the pin box and press on it, I can see the keyboard trying to pop-up at the bottom of the screen then disappearing. I'm syncing my iPhone so I can't test it out on it at the mo.

I've this same problem on the iPad and iPhone. The automatic selection messes up the keyboard. The only way around it is to press on the previous box. The keyboard should pop up successfully. Then press on the next box. It's awkward but it works.

Before you try to put the pin into the box click on the google box on top and then back onto the screen and input the pin, you may have to do this for each pin.

Happens on my ipad

Cheers that worked, although I almost wished it hadn't, just got a glimpse of my Credit card balance v my bank balance

There used to be an unofficial one but AIB made Apple take it down.

good riddance tbh, it was made by a third party, now i've now doubt it was legit but with something as sensitive as bank details i wouldn't trust an official bank iphone app let alone a third party app.

I am having no probs with 365 on my iphone 3g. Just usethe Safari link.
Entering normally gives you the pin entry issue mentioned.
