So i plugged my phone in to charge this morning. For some reason the ipod turned on the screen went black and is unresponsive ever since, although the ipod is still paying.
I had 5 minutes to spare so popped into O2 in Mary street. By the time i had left i actually wanted to punch the sales assistant in the nose. She took one look at it and said it's not under warranty as it is physical damage. No questions like how old is it, have you dropped it? etc.. Just we are not fixing it. As i said only had a couple of minutes but will be going back in on my lunch. BTW the phone is 8 months old.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem with their phone and if so how was it resolved.

    Thanks...
