Just about to renew my car insurance policy for the year, & I came across Tesco car insurance, at a very-very good price!

Too good to be true? anyone else used Tesco to insure their car?

    Thanks.

No, never had difficulty with them. They switched underwriters this year, so I left them to go with Aviva who were €50 cheaper. But I had no problems with them while I had the insurance.

Make sure you are comparying like with like with regards the benefits of the policy.

Tesco like others are very good at giving low cost basic quotes but as I have found when you tick the extras such as break down assistance, windscreen cover, policy excess amount, NCB protection, etc the price goes up to similar or more than others out there.
