Hi Hope someone has the answer.

On the same topic: I have to drive my own car for my job, and I have been driving nationally (I'm a rep), and am doing 2 thousand Km's a month , but my employer refuses to pay mileage and says I have to have the car if I want to keep the job.

Is there any law that says they are legally required to pay me mileage? and if so do you know which act, para?

    Thanks in advance.
