Had nooo idea where else to start up this thread, but i do live in tramore and i picked waterford city section becoz there's more people there than waterford county!!...anyway...:p

Ordered a large package from ebay there on the 26th of August.

    DHL are apparently delivering it.

ive been tracking the order at least once every day just to see where it was. it was goin this place that place the next place around the UK until it ended up in Dublin on the 31st.

    ..

it's still up in dublin as i'm writing this.

any idea how much longer i would wait until it finally arrives at my door? i've heard bad things about DHL taking ridiculously long with large parcel deliveries. :(

and i'm very very impatient when it comes to package orders i hate waitin lol

DHL are evil. They once charged me €30 import duty for importing a calendar from the US, despite it not being eligible. I wouldn't have paid but someone else answered the door.

I think there is a consumer forum that would be more appropriate.

Phone dhl and ask them whats happening with your package. It could be something as simple as the address being smudged/no contact number and they are waiting for you to get in contact with them so they can organise for it to be delivered. It happened to me before with a package that I was waiting a month for.

you do realise is not the Courier company that charges the import duty.... its the government!
