Anyone know where to buy a good stippling brush for 20e or under. Just cant justify paying for a 187. Tried Inglot (too expensive) and Body shop but no joy and im on the hunt for the gosh dup fibre brush but cant get it in any superdrug or awear. Boots dont seem to do them. I heard the eco brand in boots do them but cant seem to find them.

I dont really want to buy online as i need one before the weekend

Also if i do have to buy online think I will get

Reviews? It really seems to be the only reasonable one i can find

    thaaanks x ;)

I've been having trouble getting one in the shops too.

If you do buy online you could try one of the Sigma duo fibre brushes, they're all less than 20dollars. Or else E.L.F. have a flat top brush that's pretty good at stippling. It isn't duo-fibre but it's only 4euro and very nice. I use it to apply liquid foundation, I love it.

I see it's out of stock right now but they're expecting a restock this month and they have regular special offers on their facebook page.

right, hear me out before you dismiss it but have you tried paintbrushes?!

if you're really broke and stuck, go have a look in an arts and crafts shop and see if they have any similar brushes. the fibres are the same and the techniques used in make up are similar to those of painting so the brushes used for each method of make up application would be applicable to the paintbrush if you get me?! they're the same as make up brushes, just a different name and without a brand on it!

i'm talking about the professional individual good fibre brushes, not the cheap kits for kids!

afaik the eco brushes dont do a stippling one. i wouldnt bother getting a cheap make up brush though as the bristles will fall out all over ur face! really irritating!

Make sure you don't go too cheap on the brush, if there's not enough fibers in it, it'll be useless!!

i dunno tbh, there are a million and one brushes for all different types of techniques so i wouldnt know which they'd have but its worth a try-every brush i own would be in an art shop- although i dont own a stippling brush yet (saving for the mac).
its a dunnes own brand or else a cheap brand that ive only seen in dunnes, cant remember the name but theres a whole range in individual packets. if ur in blanch they're upstairs beside the restaraunt along the wall of make up tools and stuff. if ur not near blanch i could pick it up for you and meet you somewhere to give it to you if u want, or next time im there il ask them can they order one in to your local dunnes?

My fella picked up this brush for me the other week on his way back from work, I tried it out thinking my foundation would come out uneven and grainy (I already tried the eyeshadow brush and it's terrible ) but it was the complete opposite. For a tenner I am delighted with the results and i'm now thinking of buying some for three of my sisters for Christmas as there always on the look out for a good make up brush.

got one in the end in superdrug, they must have only got it in the last few days. Its some brand called QVS never heard of them but sure it does the job. its great for putting on mineral foundation but i mainly just wanted it to buff out my foundation after i apply it with a foundation i hate using my hands
