    Got a letter today saying I had to choose one out of 6 modules (for BSL)

    I narrowed it down to;
    Intro. to Law
    Intro. to Sociology

    Can anyone recommend which one I should do or what they've heard about these modules?

    Depends purely on your own interests. I did both a couple of years ago and found both of them quite interesting but if I had to choose it would be law. It just seemed much more relevant to the subjects i was interested in (business and economics) than sociology did. Also law has no coursework during the year, just an exam at the end which takes a bit of pressure off with other stuff. You'll have a couple of essays in sociology throughout the year if you pick it. I'd recommend you have a look at the course outlines before you decide. Here's the bess handbook.

    Thanks very much :)

    I'm pretty sure I will end up choosing the law module but I will definitely read the handbook in the link provided ; much appreciated!

    Yeah do law, it's a lot easier, and neither subject is particularly awesome anyway.
