Transferring from UK to Irish course mid-degree?

I'm starting Pharmacy in a few weeks in Kingston University, but never really wanted to go there in the first place. I'm a mature student (24) and didn't meet the requirements for the Irish colleges, so had no other option.

Has anyone ever heard or know if it's possible to transfer from a UK course to an Irish course mid-degree (1/2 years completed)?

I'm going to get in touch with TCD and RCSI and see what they say, but would love to hear from someone here that has some information on the subject.

I'm sure it's possible, all your modules have a transfer credit rating which is for that precise purpose. As to the practicalities of it I have no idea. I've moved this so hopefully someone will be able to help!
