Part Time Holiday Pay

Brother is working part time, he took a weeks hoildays last week and he got one days wages as holiday pay. Just wondering what holiday pay he is entitled to, he was been working 1 day at weekends when at college and since the summer started he has been working 4 or 5 days a week. He said to his boss that he didnt think it…

He is due 8% of the total number of hours he has worked.

So if he has worked 100 hours this year, he is entitled to 8 hours paid holidays.
